Year 1 | Rebuilding and Raising Awareness

• Restart or create a STEAM and Robotics event for our three local elementary schools (Completed)

• Minimum 3 events in high foot-traffic areas (Completed)

• Redesign recruitment strategy to increase membership (Completed)

• Restart or create a STEAM and Robotics event with a local youth organization or summer camp (Completed)

• Overhaul and redesign our website and social medias (Completed)

Year 2 | Community Involvement

• Work closely/Create partnership with a local organization to create a quarterly occurring STEAM event (Completed)

• Restart the LEGO Summer Camp (Completed)

• Improve our relationship with Merrimack School District to acquire more trophy space, funding, and varsity status (Completed)

• Increase membership to 30 members (Completed)

• Redesign sponsorship strategy to increase funding (Completed)

Year 3 | Expand Education and FIRST in Merrimack (Current Year)

• Start and support new FIRST Lego League teams in Merrimack

• Create a Impact or Outreach workshop/exchange (Completed)

• Increase Membership to 35 students (Completed)

• Advocate for statewide varsity status for high school competitive robotics program

Year 4 | Expand Outreach through Support

• Consistent mentoring of the FTC and FLL teams in Merrimack by at least 3 students per program

• Assist other teams with outreach and business development and sustainability 

• Support and expand diversity, equity, and inclusion through a DEI seminar with at least 2 other FRC teams

• Increase membership to 40 students

• Expand the outreach capabilities of middle school FTC teams

Year 5 | Strengthening Our Base

• Increase Membership to 50 students

• Expand mentoring to 5 student mentors per program of the FTC and FLL team in Merrimack to strengthen the programs

• Establish a direct pipeline from FLL in all elementary schools to FRC in Merrimack

• Expand outreach capabilities in surrounding towns
