Strategy
The Strategy Team is responsible for knowing and understanding the game rules, how the game is played and what strategy is best for winning a game or positioning the team for championship alliance partnering. This group must understand how the robot can operate to fulfill these goals. Student members of the Strategy Team should enjoy planning strategy and not necessarily desire to have a hands-on relationship with the robot. Their talents should lay in conceptual areas, with an ability to plan for contingencies. Chess players with long-range vision will suit this sub-team well.
